Mahaflox Eyedrop 5 ml

Mahaflox Eye Drops from Mankind contain Moxifloxacin, a fluoroquinolone antibiotic, in a sterile drop form. They are prescribed for bacterial infections of the eye.

• Bacterial conjunctivitis
• Other bacterial infections of the outer eye, as advised by a doctor

Moxifloxacin blocks enzymes the bacteria need to copy their DNA. This stops the bacteria from multiplying and helps the eye clear the infection.

Use as prescribed by your doctor. Wash your hands before instilling the drops, avoid touching the dropper tip to the eye, and complete the full course even if the eye feels better.

• Brief stinging or burning after the drop
• Mild eye irritation or redness
• Watery eyes
• Blurry vision for a few moments

Not for use with contact lenses while an infection is active. Tell your doctor about any past allergy to quinolone antibiotics, and avoid sharing the bottle with others.

Store below 25°C, away from direct sunlight. Discard the bottle within four weeks of first opening or as instructed on the label.
