Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancelling an order

You can cancel an order free of charge from the LK Medical app at any time until our store starts packing it. The Cancel button is on the order screen.
After packing or dispatch, the order can no longer be self-cancelled — call us at +91 73028 89544 and we will help.
Unpaid online orders are automatically cancelled if payment is not completed within 30 minutes. No money is charged for these.

If a prepaid order is cancelled (by you or by us), the refund is initiated automatically to your original payment method.
Refunds normally reach your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
If any item is unavailable at dispatch time, we refund that item's amount in full.
Amounts paid from your LK Wallet are returned to your LK Wallet immediately on cancellation.

Delivered medicines can be reported for return within 48 hours via "Report a problem" on the order screen — for wrong, damaged, or expired items.
By law and for safety, certain items cannot be returned once delivered: Schedule H / H1 / X prescription medicines, cold-chain items (insulin, vaccines), and cut strips — unless the error was ours.
Approved return refunds follow the same 5–7 business-day timeline, or go to your LK Wallet if you prefer.

COD orders cancelled before delivery incur no charge.
For COD returns approved by our pharmacist, the refund is credited to your LK Wallet or bank account.
