Delivery Policy

Where we deliver
- Home delivery is available within our service area around our store in Roorkee, Uttarakhand. The app checks your PIN code at checkout and tells you immediately if your address is serviceable.
- Store pickup is always available as an alternative at checkout.
How fast
- Orders are typically delivered the same day. The exact promise ("Today by …" / "Tomorrow by …") is shown on your cart and order screen before you pay, and the order tracker updates live until the rider reaches you.
- Prescription-item orders are dispatched after our pharmacist verifies the prescription.
Delivery charges
- Delivery is currently free. We never add handling or packaging charges — the bill in the app is the full price.
Receiving the order
- Someone should be available at the address to receive medicines. For Schedule H/H1 items the rider may request the original prescription if asked to by our pharmacist.
- If delivery fails, we call you to rearrange; prepaid orders that cannot be delivered are refunded per our Refund Policy.
