Zenflox OZ 10 tab

Zenflox OZ from Mankind combines two anti-infectives, ofloxacin and ornidazole, to tackle infections caused by both common bacteria and certain parasites, often used for mixed gut infections.

• Treats mixed bacterial and protozoal diarrhoea
• Helps in dysentery and amoebic infections
• Used in some pelvic and dental infections

Ofloxacin is a fluoroquinolone that blocks bacterial DNA enzymes, while ornidazole damages the DNA of anaerobic bacteria and protozoa. Together they cover a wider range of organisms responsible for many gut infections.

Swallow the tablet whole with water, preferably after a meal, as prescribed by your doctor. Complete the full course even if symptoms ease.

• Nausea or metallic taste
• Headache or dizziness
• Loose stools or stomach pain
• Skin rash

Share any liver, kidney, or nervous system issues. Avoid alcohol during and shortly after treatment. Use cautiously in pregnancy, breastfeeding, and in children, only under medical guidance.

Store below 25 degrees C in a dry place, away from light. Keep in the original strip and out of reach of children.
