About
Azicip 250 from Cipla contains azithromycin, a macrolide antibiotic. It is used to treat common bacterial infections and is generally taken as a short course.

How it works
Azithromycin stops bacterial protein production, which halts their growth and allows the immune system to clear the infection.
How to take
Swallow with water, as prescribed by your doctor. Take at the same time each day and finish the entire course even if you feel better.

Precautions
