Optive Eye Drop 10 ml

Optive from Allergan is a lubricating eye drop — often called artificial tears — containing carboxymethylcellulose 0.5%. It gives dry, tired eyes a protective film of moisture, much like natural tears.

• Relief from burning, irritation and discomfort of dry eyes
• Dryness caused by wind, sun, air-conditioning or long screen hours
• Comfort support after cataract or laser eye surgery, as advised by a doctor

The drop forms a moisture layer over the surface of the eye, stabilising the natural tear film so the eye stays lubricated and comfortable for longer.

Instil drops into the affected eye when eyes feel dry, or as your doctor advises. Press the inner corner of the eye gently for a minute after instilling. Wait 5–10 minutes before using any other eye medicine.

• Brief stinging or burning just after the drop
• Momentary blurred vision that clears quickly

Do not let the dropper tip touch the eye or any surface. Remove soft contact lenses before use. Do not use if the seal is broken, and discard the bottle 30 days after opening. Avoid driving while vision is blurry.

Store below 25°C with the cap tightly closed, away from children.
