NuDoxy 100 mg Capsule (10 Cap)

NuDoxy from Nulife Pharmaceuticals contains Doxycycline, a tetracycline-class antibiotic. It is used for a wide range of bacterial infections and some other conditions.

• Respiratory and skin infections
• Acne with inflammation
• Some sexually transmitted and travel-related infections

Doxycycline blocks bacterial protein-making machinery (the ribosome). Without proteins, the bacteria cannot grow or repair themselves, and the infection settles down.

Take as prescribed by your doctor, with a full glass of water. Stay upright for at least 30 minutes after the dose to prevent throat irritation. Avoid milk, antacids, or iron near the dose. Finish the full course.

• Nausea or stomach upset
• Skin sensitivity to sunlight
• Loose stools
• Tooth staining (mostly in young children)

Tell your doctor about liver disease, pregnancy, breastfeeding, or if the patient is a child under 8 years. Use sunscreen and avoid strong sun while on this medicine. Do not lie down right after a dose.

Store below 25 degrees C in a dry, shaded place. Keep in the original strip and out of reach of children.
