Cipmox 500 from Cipla is a higher-strength penicillin antibiotic capsule used in adults for moderate bacterial infections of the chest, urinary tract and other areas.

Amoxicillin damages the cell wall of growing bacteria. The weakened bacteria burst, which helps the body clear the infection faster.

Swallow with water as prescribed by your doctor, with or without food. Keep doses evenly spaced and complete the full course even if you feel better soon.

• Mild oral thrush

Inform your doctor about any penicillin allergy or kidney problem. Stop the tablet and seek help if you get a rash, swelling or breathing difficulty.

Store below 25 degrees C in a dry place, in the original strip, away from sunlight. Keep out of children's reach.
