About

Itromed TF from Leeford is a topical combination of Itraconazole and Terbinafine, two antifungal agents combined to target a broad range of skin fungal infections.

Uses

  • Fungal skin infections such as ringworm
  • Athlete's foot
  • Jock itch
  • Mixed or stubborn fungal patches

How it works

Itraconazole interferes with the fungal cell membrane while Terbinafine blocks an enzyme essential for the fungus to make ergosterol. Together they damage fungal cells and stop them from spreading.

How to take

Apply as prescribed by your doctor. Wash and dry the affected area, then apply a thin layer to the skin and a little surrounding region. Wash hands after use.

Precautions

Avoid contact with eyes, mouth, and broken skin. Inform your doctor if irritation worsens. Use during pregnancy or breastfeeding only if specifically advised.
