About
Telmikind AMH from Mankind Pharma brings together three blood-pressure helpers in one tablet: telmisartan, amlodipine and hydrochlorothiazide. It is used when a single medicine is not enough to keep your numbers in a healthy range.
Uses

How it works
Telmisartan relaxes blood vessels by blocking a hormone that tightens them, amlodipine eases the flow of calcium into vessel walls so they widen, and hydrochlorothiazide gently removes extra salt and water through urine. Together they lower the pressure inside your arteries.
How to take
Take as prescribed by your doctor, usually with a glass of water. You can take it with or without food. Try to take it at the same time each day.
Side effects
- Mild dizziness, especially on standing up
- Ankle swelling or flushing
- Increased urination, tiredness or headache
Precautions
Tell your doctor if you are pregnant, planning pregnancy, or breastfeeding. Share any history of kidney issues, gout, low blood pressure or electrolyte imbalance. Avoid sudden posture changes and keep up regular check-ups.
