About
Sartel Trio from Intas is a prescription tablet for high blood pressure that combines three medicines: Telmisartan (an angiotensin receptor blocker), Amlodipine (a calcium channel blocker) and Hydrochlorothiazide (a thiazide diuretic). It is used when single or dual therapy is not enough.
Uses

How it works
Telmisartan relaxes blood vessels by blocking the action of a constricting hormone, Amlodipine widens vessels by acting on calcium channels and Hydrochlorothiazide helps the kidneys remove extra salt and water. Together they lower blood pressure more effectively.
How to take
Take as prescribed by your doctor. Swallow whole with water at the same time each day, with or without food.
Side effects
- Dizziness, especially on standing
- Ankle swelling
- Increased urination
- Tiredness or muscle cramps
- Low potassium or sodium on long-term use
Precautions
Not for use in pregnancy. Tell your doctor about kidney problems, gout, diabetes or any allergies. Get blood pressure and kidney tests done as advised. Do not stop suddenly.

Store below 25 degrees Celsius in a dry place, away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.
