About
Telvas 3D from Aristo Pharmaceuticals brings three blood-pressure helpers together: telmisartan, amlodipine and hydrochlorothiazide. It is used when BP needs combined control from different routes.
Uses
- Manages high blood pressure not controlled by one or two medicines
- Supports long-term heart and kidney health
How it works
Telmisartan blocks a hormone that tightens blood vessels, amlodipine relaxes vessel walls by easing calcium flow, and hydrochlorothiazide gently removes extra salt and water through urine. Together they lower the pressure in your arteries.
How to take
Take as prescribed by your doctor with a glass of water, ideally at the same time each day. It can be taken with or without food.
Side effects
- Dizziness or light-headedness
- Ankle swelling, flushing
- Increased urination, headache or tiredness
Precautions
Let your doctor know about kidney issues, gout, diabetes, low electrolytes, low BP, or pregnancy or breastfeeding plans. Rise slowly. Keep regular BP and lab reviews.
