About

Uses

How it works
Telmisartan blocks angiotensin II to relax vessels, amlodipine eases calcium entry into vessel walls, and hydrochlorothiazide helps kidneys clear extra salt and water. Three mechanisms, one tablet, smoother BP control.
How to take
Take one tablet as prescribed by your doctor, preferably in the morning, with or without food.
Side effects
- Dizziness or light-headedness
- Ankle swelling or flushing
- Increased urination, muscle cramps
Precautions
