A cold and flu combination tablet from Cadila that brings together paracetamol, phenylephrine and chlorpheniramine for short-term relief.

Paracetamol acts as a pain reliever and fever reducer, phenylephrine is a decongestant that shrinks swollen nasal blood vessels, and chlorpheniramine is an antihistamine that calms sneezing and runny nose from cold-related histamine release.

Take as prescribed by your doctor, with water and ideally after food. Do not pair with other paracetamol products to avoid overdose.

• Mild restlessness or fast heartbeat from the decongestant
• Occasional nausea

Avoid driving or operating machinery until you know how it affects you. Use with care if you have high blood pressure, heart, thyroid, liver or prostate problems. Not for young children unless advised by a doctor.
