About
Wikoryl from Alembic is a common cold and flu tablet that brings together three ingredients in one strip of 15 tablets. It is widely used in India for the typical mix of cold symptoms.

How it works
Paracetamol eases pain and brings down fever. Phenylephrine narrows swollen blood vessels in the nose to clear blockage. Chlorpheniramine is an antihistamine that calms sneezing, runny nose and watery eyes.
How to take
Take as prescribed by your doctor, with or after food, with a glass of water. Do not combine with other paracetamol-containing medicines unless your doctor says so.
Side effects

- Faster heartbeat or restlessness
Precautions
Tell your doctor if you have high blood pressure, heart disease, glaucoma, prostate problems or liver disease. Avoid alcohol and do not drive if you feel sleepy.
