Alaspan 10 tab

Alaspan tablet contains Loratadine 10 mg, a second-generation antihistamine. It calms common allergy symptoms without making most people feel sleepy, so daily activities continue smoothly.

• Sneezing, runny nose, itchy/watery eyes
• Hay fever (seasonal allergic rhinitis)
• Skin itching and hives (urticaria)

When your body meets pollen, dust or a trigger, it releases a chemical called histamine that causes itching and sneezing. Loratadine quietly blocks the H1 receptors so histamine cannot dock — symptoms settle down.

Adults and children above 12 take one tablet once a day, with or without food. For younger children or if you are pregnant/breastfeeding, follow your doctor's advice.

• Mild headache
• Dry mouth
• Tiredness in some users
• Stomach upset (rare)

Tell your doctor about liver or kidney problems before starting. Avoid combining with sedatives unless advised. Do not exceed one tablet a day — more does not give more relief.

Store below 25°C in a dry place, away from sunlight and children.
