Alides M 10 tab

Alides M from Leeford combines Desloratadine 5 mg with Montelukast 10 mg. It is prescribed for allergic conditions of the nose and chest, including allergic rhinitis with asthma symptoms.

• Allergic rhinitis (sneezing, runny nose)
• Nasal congestion and itching
• Watery, itchy eyes
• Mild allergic asthma
• Long-term allergy control

Desloratadine is a long-acting antihistamine that blocks histamine — the chemical behind sneezing, itching and a runny nose. Montelukast blocks leukotrienes, which trigger airway tightening and swelling. Together they calm both nose and chest allergy symptoms.

Take as prescribed by your doctor. Usually swallowed whole with water in the evening, with or without food.

• Headache
• Tiredness
• Dry mouth
• Stomach upset
• Mood changes or sleep disturbance (uncommon)

Tell your doctor about liver disease, kidney problems, or mental health concerns — Montelukast can occasionally cause mood or sleep changes, so report any unusual feelings. Not a rescue inhaler for sudden asthma attacks. Use carefully in pregnancy and breastfeeding only on doctor's advice.

Keep below 25 degrees Celsius in a dry place, away from sunlight and out of children's reach.
