Alex SF Syrup from Glenmark is a sugar-free cough formula with Phenylephrine 5 mg, Chlorpheniramine 2 mg and Dextromethorphan 10 mg per dose. The sugar-free base makes it gentler for people with diabetes.

How it works
Dextromethorphan calms the cough centre in the brain. Chlorpheniramine controls allergy-related sneezing and a runny nose. Phenylephrine narrows swollen nasal vessels so the blocked nose opens up.
How to take
Take as prescribed by your doctor. Shake the bottle well and measure each dose with the cap or spoon provided.

Precautions
