About
Monticope Kid from Mankind combines Montelukast 4 mg with Levocetirizine 2.5 mg in a child-friendly strength. Montelukast is a leukotriene receptor antagonist and Levocetirizine is a non-drowsy antihistamine.
Uses
- Allergic rhinitis in children
- Sneezing, runny or blocked nose
- Cough and wheeze triggered by allergens
- Mild allergic asthma
- Itchy, watery eyes from allergy
How it works
Montelukast blocks leukotrienes that tighten airways and cause swelling. Levocetirizine blocks histamine, the chemical behind sneezing and itching. Together they ease allergy symptoms in young patients.
How to take
Give as prescribed by your doctor, usually in the evening. The tablet can be chewed or dissolved as advised.

Precautions
