Vermisol 150 by Klab is a single-dose tablet of levamisole, an anti-worm medicine.

• Treatment of roundworm and hookworm infections
• Sometimes used as an immunomodulator on specialist advice

Levamisole paralyses the muscles of intestinal worms. Once paralysed, the worms lose their grip on the gut wall and are passed out naturally with stool.

Take as prescribed by your doctor, usually as a single dose with water. Your doctor may repeat the dose after a few days if needed.

• Mild nausea or stomach pain
• Headache or dizziness
• Metallic taste in the mouth
• Skin rash (uncommon)

Let your doctor know about liver, kidney, or blood-related issues. Maintain good hand hygiene and avoid walking barefoot in damp soil to prevent reinfection.

Store at room temperature, away from moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
