About
Faropress 200 from VHL contains Faropenem, an oral antibiotic from the penem family. It is prescribed for a range of bacterial infections that need a broad-spectrum medicine by mouth.
Uses
- Throat, ear and sinus infections
- Lung infections such as bronchitis
- Skin and soft-tissue infections
- Urine infections
How it works
Faropenem is a beta-lactam antibiotic that breaks the bacterial cell wall, killing the germs. This helps the body clear the infection and brings down fever and pain.
How to take
Take as prescribed by your doctor, with water, preferably after a meal to reduce stomach upset. Complete the full course to prevent the infection from returning.

Precautions
