Candid Ear Drops 10 ml

Candid Ear Drops from Glenmark contain clotrimazole formulated for use in the ear. They are used when a fungal infection of the outer ear (otomycosis) is suspected.

Clotrimazole disrupts the cell membrane of fungi, weakening them and stopping their growth. When placed in the ear, it acts locally on the fungal growth in the ear canal.

Tilt your head with the affected ear facing up, gently pull the earlobe, and place the drops as prescribed by your doctor. Stay in that position for a couple of minutes so the medicine settles.

• Mild burning or stinging in the ear
• Local itching or irritation
• Rare allergic reaction

Do not use if the eardrum is perforated unless your doctor specifically advises it. Avoid sharing the bottle, and let your doctor know if symptoms persist or worsen.

Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight, with the bottle tightly closed. Keep out of reach of children.
