Oxoline nasal drops from Macleods contain oxymetazoline hydrochloride, a decongestant that quickly relieves a blocked or stuffy nose.

Oxymetazoline narrows the swollen blood vessels in the nasal lining, easing congestion and helping you breathe more freely.

Use as prescribed by your doctor. Tilt your head back, instil the drops into each nostril, and avoid using it for more than a few days at a stretch to prevent rebound congestion.
