Earwel Eyedrop from Leeford is a combination ear-and-eye preparation used to treat certain infections of the ear. It blends an antibiotic, a steroid, an antifungal, and a local anaesthetic for layered relief.

Neomycin tackles bacteria, clotrimazole works on fungal growth, beclomethasone reduces inflammation, and lignocaine numbs the area to ease pain.

Use as prescribed by your doctor. Tilt the head, place the drops into the affected ear, and stay in position for a minute to let the drops settle.

Do not use if you have a perforated eardrum unless your doctor confirms it is safe. Avoid touching the dropper tip to the ear. Inform your doctor about other medicines and any past allergies.
