Castor NF 25 gm

Castor NF from Leeford is a skin cream that combines beclometasone, clotrimazole and neomycin. It is prescribed for skin infections where bacteria, fungus and inflammation appear together.

• Mixed bacterial and fungal skin infections
• Inflamed, itchy patches of skin
• Eczema with secondary infection

Beclometasone is a corticosteroid that calms redness and itching. Clotrimazole is an antifungal that breaks down fungal cell membranes, and neomycin is an antibiotic that stops the growth of common skin bacteria.

Apply as prescribed by your doctor to clean, dry skin. Wash your hands after use unless the hands are the area being treated.

• Skin dryness
• Thinning of skin with long use
• Rare allergic rash

Avoid using on the face, broken skin or large body areas unless your doctor says so. Do not use longer than advised. Keep away from eyes.

Store below 25 degrees Celsius, tightly closed, away from sunlight and out of reach of children.
