Ciplox Eye/Ear Drops 10 ml

Ciplox eye and ear drops from Cipla are an antibiotic solution used to treat infections of the eye and the outer ear caused by sensitive bacteria.

• Bacterial conjunctivitis (red eye)
• Stye and lid infections
• Outer ear infections
• Post-operative eye care

Ciprofloxacin is a fluoroquinolone antibiotic. In the eye or ear, it stops bacteria from copying their DNA, so the infection slowly clears up.

Wash your hands. For the eye, instil 1-2 drops as prescribed by your doctor. For the ear, lie on your side and put the drops in the ear canal. Do not touch the tip.

• Mild burning or stinging
• Brief blurred vision
• Itching in eye or ear
• Bitter taste sometimes

Use only for the period advised by your doctor. Not for viral or fungal infections. Remove contact lenses before use. Tell the doctor about past antibiotic allergy.

Store below 25 degrees C in a cool, dry place. Discard 1 month after opening. Keep out of children's reach.
