About

Oflofrench M Syrup from Anglo French combines ofloxacin (an antibiotic), metronidazole (an antiprotozoal-antibacterial), and simethicone (an anti-gas agent). It's used for mixed infectious diarrhoea in children.

Uses

How it works

Ofloxacin and metronidazole together tackle a wide range of gut bacteria and parasites, while simethicone helps break down trapped gas bubbles for comfort.

How to take
