Change M Syrup 60 ml

Change M Syrup from Torrent combines two antimicrobial medicines, metronidazole and ofloxacin. It is prescribed for children with infectious diarrhoea where both bacteria and protozoa may be involved.

• Acute infectious diarrhoea
• Dysentery caused by amoeba or giardia
• Mixed bacterial and protozoal gut infections

Ofloxacin is a fluoroquinolone antibiotic that stops the growth of harmful bacteria, while metronidazole acts on protozoa and certain anaerobic bacteria. Together they tackle a wider range of gut bugs.

Take as prescribed by your doctor. Shake well before each dose and use the measuring cup provided. Complete the full course even if symptoms improve.

• Nausea or vomiting
• Metallic taste in the mouth
• Loose stools or stomach pain
• Headache

Tell your doctor about any allergies, liver problems or other medicines being taken. Keep the child well hydrated. Avoid use during pregnancy unless specifically advised.

Store below 25 degrees Celsius, tightly capped, away from sunlight and out of reach of children.
