Wikoryl Oral Drops from Alembic Pharmaceuticals is a 15 ml liquid for infants and small children with cold symptoms. It pairs a decongestant with an antihistamine in a measured drop form for tiny doses.

Phenylephrine shrinks swollen blood vessels in the nose so the baby can breathe more easily. Chlorpheniramine is an antihistamine that calms sneezing and runny nose.

Give as prescribed by your doctor using the dropper that comes with the bottle. Hold the baby in an upright position and place the drops in the mouth. Do not double up if a dose is missed.
