About

Oflomac M Suspension from Macleods combines ofloxacin and metronidazole. It's prescribed for mixed bacterial and protozoal infections of the gut in children.

Uses

  • Acute infectious diarrhoea
  • Amoebic dysentery
  • Giardia infections

How it works

Ofloxacin stops bacteria from copying their DNA, while metronidazole damages the DNA of anaerobic bacteria and parasites, clearing both types of bugs.

How to take

Give as prescribed by your doctor. Shake well before measuring each dose with the supplied cup.
