Metrogyl Suspension 100 ml

Metrogyl Suspension from J.B. Chemicals is a child-friendly liquid form of metronidazole. The suspension makes it easy to measure smaller, weight-based doses.

• Treats infections caused by certain bacteria and parasites
• Often used for amoebic diarrhoea, giardia, and gut infections in children

Metronidazole slips inside the harmful microbe and damages its DNA, stopping it from multiplying. The body then clears the infection more easily.

Shake the bottle well, then give the measured dose as prescribed by your doctor, preferably with or after food. Use the measuring cup or syringe provided.

• Nausea, metallic taste, mild stomach upset
• Headache or darker urine in some children

Avoid alcohol-containing syrups alongside this medicine. Tell your doctor about any liver issues or known allergies. Always complete the prescribed course.

Store below 25C in a cool, dry place. Keep the cap tightly closed and out of children's reach.
