Lizoforce Dry Syrup 30 ml

Lizoforce Dry Syrup contains Linezolid, an oxazolidinone antibiotic, in a paediatric-friendly liquid form once reconstituted. It is used for certain serious bacterial infections when prescribed by a doctor.

Linezolid stops bacteria from making the proteins they need to grow by blocking their ribosomes at an early stage, helping the body clear the infection.

Reconstitute with the recommended amount of clean water as directed by the pharmacist. Shake well before each dose and give exactly as prescribed by your doctor using a proper measuring device.

• Changes in blood counts on longer courses

Tell your doctor about all other medicines the child takes, especially antidepressants. Inform the doctor of any blood, nerve or thyroid issues. Do not stop the course early even if symptoms improve.

Before mixing, store in a cool, dry place. After reconstitution, follow the pharmacist's storage and discard-by instructions. Keep out of reach of children.
