Benadryl 50 ml Cough Formula from Johnson & Johnson is the smaller pack of the familiar Benadryl wet cough syrup, combining diphenhydramine, ammonium chloride and sodium citrate.

Diphenhydramine, an antihistamine, calms allergy-related cough and brings a mild soothing effect. Ammonium chloride loosens sticky mucus so it is easier to clear. Sodium citrate eases throat irritation and thins secretions, helping the cough become more productive.

Take as prescribed by your doctor. Shake the bottle well before measuring the dose with the cap or measuring spoon supplied.
