About
Bandy Plus Suspension by Mankind Pharma is a liquid form of the albendazole and ivermectin combination, made for children and adults who find swallowing tablets difficult.
Uses
- Treats mixed intestinal worm infections
- Works on roundworm, hookworm, threadworm and tapeworm
- Helpful in some parasitic skin conditions
How it works
Albendazole stops the worms from taking in nutrients, and ivermectin paralyses them. The weakened parasites are then passed out naturally through the stool.
How to take
Shake the bottle well. Use the measuring cup or spoon provided and take as prescribed by your doctor, preferably after food.
Side effects
- Mild tummy ache or nausea
- Loose stools
- Light dizziness or headache
Precautions
Not recommended in pregnancy unless your doctor advises. Inform the doctor about any liver issues before starting.
