Gluconorm G Plus 1 from Lupin is a triple combination of glimepiride, metformin and voglibose. It is used in type 2 diabetes when both fasting and post-meal sugars need extra help.

Glimepiride increases insulin release from the pancreas, metformin lowers liver sugar output and improves insulin use, while voglibose slows breakdown of carbohydrates in the gut to reduce post-meal sugar spikes.

Take as prescribed by your doctor, usually just before the first bite of a main meal. Do not skip meals and stick to your diabetes plan.
