About
Gemer V1 from Sun Pharma combines three diabetes medicines, including one that targets sugar absorption right at the gut, to help control type 2 diabetes.
Uses

- Helps blunt blood sugar spikes after meals
How it works
Glimepiride nudges the pancreas to release more insulin, metformin reduces sugar made by the liver and improves insulin use, and voglibose slows the breakdown of carbs in the gut so sugar enters the blood more gradually after meals. Three angles, one tablet.
How to take
Take as prescribed by your doctor, usually right before meals so voglibose can do its job on the food you eat. Swallow whole with water.

Precautions
Mention any kidney, liver, or bowel problems to your doctor. Carry glucose (not regular sugar) for low blood sugar, since voglibose can slow regular sugar from working. Don't skip meals.
