Ampoxin 250

Ampoxin 250 is a fixed-dose combination of ampicillin and cloxacillin, two penicillin-class antibiotics. The pairing covers a broader range of bacteria, including many staph strains that resist plain ampicillin.

Both ingredients stop bacteria from forming a sturdy cell wall, causing them to burst. Cloxacillin specifically resists the penicillinase enzyme produced by Staphylococcus, widening the spectrum of action.

Take the capsule on an empty stomach, about an hour before food or two hours after, with water, as prescribed by your doctor. Finish the entire course.
