How it works
Neomycin is an antibiotic that targets a broad range of bacteria, while clotrimazole is an antifungal that disrupts the cell wall of fungi like Candida. Beclometasone is a corticosteroid that calms inflammation, so the three together address infection and irritation at the same time.
How to take
Tilt your head with the affected ear up, gently pull the earlobe, and place the drops into the ear canal as prescribed by your doctor. Stay in that position for a couple of minutes to let the medicine settle.

Precautions
