Ambroxol is a mucolytic that thins sticky mucus, guaifenesin is an expectorant that helps loosen and bring up phlegm, and terbutaline is a beta-2 agonist that relaxes the muscles around the airways, making breathing easier.

Shake well and measure with the provided cup or spoon, as prescribed by your doctor. Drink plenty of water through the day to help loosen mucus.
