Sualin from Hamdard is a popular ayurvedic herbal tablet for everyday throat and cold relief. The small chewable lozenge-style tablet is known across India for its warm, slightly spicy taste and quick soothing feel.

The blend of herbs like Mulethi, Tulsi and Banapsha is traditionally believed to soothe the throat lining, loosen mucus, and ease irritation that triggers coughing. Slow chewing or sucking releases the herbal extracts gradually.

Take as suggested on the pack or as prescribed by your doctor. Usually one tablet is slowly sucked or chewed when the throat feels scratchy. Avoid water immediately after.
