Montu L Forte from Knoll is a triple-action tablet that targets allergy symptoms along with chest congestion, making it useful when a cold or allergy comes with sticky mucus.

Montelukast calms airway inflammation by blocking leukotriene chemicals. Levocetirizine, an antihistamine, controls sneezing and itching. Ambroxol is a mucolytic — it thins out thick mucus so the chest clears more easily with coughing.

Swallow as prescribed by your doctor, with a glass of water. Can be taken with or without food, though food may reduce stomach discomfort.
