About
Allegra 180 from Sanofi is the higher-strength version of the well-known anti-allergy tablet. It carries fexofenadine 180mg, often given when allergy symptoms are more troublesome or last all day.
Uses

How it works
Fexofenadine blocks histamine H1 receptors in the body. This stops histamine from triggering itching, sneezing and watery secretions. One tablet usually covers a full day of relief.
How to take
As prescribed by your doctor. Swallow whole with plain water, preferably on an empty stomach. Avoid fruit juices around the dose time.

Precautions
