Sinarest tablets from Centaur bring together paracetamol, phenylephrine, and chlorpheniramine in one tablet to ease the everyday misery of a cold with fever and congestion.

• Cold and flu symptoms
• Fever, headache, runny nose, and nasal blockage

Paracetamol lowers fever and relieves pain, phenylephrine narrows swollen blood vessels in the nose to clear stuffiness, and chlorpheniramine eases sneezing and watery eyes by blocking histamine.

Take as prescribed by your doctor, usually with water after food. Try to keep regular gaps between doses.

• Drowsiness, dry mouth, or dizziness
• Occasional nausea, raised blood pressure, or restlessness

Avoid driving until you know how the tablet affects you. Skip alcohol, and share any history of heart, liver, kidney, thyroid, or prostate issues with your doctor.

Keep at room temperature below 25°C in a dry place away from sunlight. Store out of children's reach.
