Imol Plus from Zydus combines paracetamol with a small dose of caffeine to tackle everyday aches more effectively than paracetamol alone.

• Mild to moderate headache and migraine
• Body ache, muscle pain, period pain
• Pain and fever linked to common cold and flu

Paracetamol calms pain signals and brings down fever by acting on chemical messengers in the brain. Caffeine helps paracetamol work faster and gives a small boost to its pain-relieving effect.

Take as prescribed by your doctor, with or after food. Swallow the tablet whole with water.

• Mild nausea or stomach upset
• Restlessness or trouble sleeping
• Fast heartbeat in some people
• Rash (rare)

Avoid extra paracetamol-containing products at the same time. Limit other caffeine sources like coffee or energy drinks. Tell your doctor if you have liver or heart problems, or are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Store in a cool, dry place below 25 degrees C. Keep the strip in its original pack and away from children.
