Asthakind tablets from Mankind combine a bronchodilator with a mucolytic and an expectorant, helping ease wet cough linked to airway tightness.

Terbutaline relaxes airway muscles to open up breathing, bromhexine thins sticky mucus, and guaifenesin makes it easier to cough up, clearing the chest.

Take as prescribed by your doctor, with a glass of water. Drinking extra fluids during the day helps the medicine loosen mucus more effectively.
