Monticope A 10 tab

Monticope A from Mankind combines Levocetirizine 5 mg, Montelukast 10 mg, and Ambroxol 75 mg in sustained-release form. Levocetirizine is an antihistamine, Montelukast is a leukotriene receptor antagonist, and Ambroxol is a mucolytic that loosens thick mucus.

Levocetirizine blocks histamine that causes sneezing and itching. Montelukast blocks leukotrienes that tighten airways. Ambroxol thins sticky mucus so the chest clears more easily. Together they help allergy, breathing, and mucus problems in one go.

Take as prescribed by your doctor, swallowed whole with water — do not crush the sustained-release tablet.

Not for sudden asthma attacks. Tell your doctor about mood changes, sleep problems, kidney or liver trouble. Avoid alcohol with this medicine. Discuss use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
