Telekast-L from Lupin combines montelukast, a leukotriene blocker, with levocetirizine, a non-drowsy antihistamine, to ease the sneezing-itching-blocked-nose cycle of allergies.

• Allergic rhinitis with nasal blockage, sneezing, and itching
• Allergy-related cough or mild breathing discomfort

Montelukast blocks leukotrienes, inflammatory messengers that swell airways and nasal lining. Levocetirizine blocks histamine, the chemical behind itch, sneeze, and runny nose. Together they cover both halves of the allergic reaction.

Take one tablet as prescribed by your doctor, ideally in the evening, with or without food.

• Mild drowsiness or tiredness
• Headache or dry mouth
• Occasional stomach upset

Tell your doctor about mood changes, sleep disturbances, liver, or kidney issues. Avoid alcohol. Check before driving if you feel sleepy.

Keep below 30 degrees C in a cool, dry place. Keep out of reach of children.
