Allegra Duo nasal spray from Sanofi gives a dual-action approach to allergic rhinitis. The 7g bottle delivers about 70 metered doses, combining an antihistamine with an anti-inflammatory steroid action.

• Moderate to severe allergic rhinitis

Fexofenadine quickly blocks histamine action on the nose lining to settle itch and sneeze. The partner steroid (as per formulation) calms inflammation deep in the nasal tissue over days, giving long-term symptom control.

As prescribed by your doctor. Blow nose first. Shake well, prime the spray if new, and use the puffs as advised.
