Phensedyl DX 100 ml

Phensedyl DX from Abbott is a cough syrup combining Chlorpheniramine, a classic antihistamine, with Dextromethorphan, a non-opioid cough suppressant. It is designed to ease a dry, irritating cough along with the runny nose and sneezing that often come with cold and allergy episodes.

Dextromethorphan calms the cough reflex in the brain, reducing the urge to cough. Chlorpheniramine blocks histamine to settle sneezing, watery eyes and runny nose, while also gently drying secretions in the airway.

Take as prescribed by your doctor using the measuring cup or spoon provided. Shake the bottle gently before each dose.

Avoid alcohol and do not drive until you know how it affects you. Tell your doctor about asthma, glaucoma, prostate problems, liver issues, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Not for productive (mucus-producing) coughs unless your doctor advises so. Keep away from children unless prescribed.

Store below 25°C, away from direct sunlight, with the cap tightly closed and out of reach of children.
