About
Koflinctus Syrup from Alkem is a combination cough syrup with Dextromethorphan, Chlorpheniramine, Guaiphenesin and Ammonium Chloride. It is commonly prescribed for mixed dry and chesty cough with cold.
Uses

- Cough with thick phlegm

How it works
Dextromethorphan calms the cough centre in the brain to reduce dry cough. Chlorpheniramine is an anti-allergy medicine that dries up a runny nose. Guaiphenesin and Ammonium Chloride loosen thick phlegm so it is easier to cough out.
